HOUSE RENEVATION

For this project, I was tasked with renovating the kitchen and making additional modifications to improve functionality and flow. The process involved drafting the existing conditions, creating a demolition plan, and developing a new construction plan. In addition to updating the kitchen, I closed off the laundry room and reconfigured the bedroom and closet layouts to optimize space. I also added windows in the bedrooms and entrance to bring in more natural light and relocated the existing living room window closer to the dining room to create more usable wall space in the living area.
